Website Policies

In addition to upholding this Code of Conduct, you are responsible for adhering to all applicable local and national laws.   • Remove, modify, or tamper with any notice or link that is incorporated into the service.
  • Use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings without the express written consent of TASK.
Termination and Cancellation

TASK reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to do so, to review and remove user-created services and content at will and without notice, and delete content and accounts. TASK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ban participants or terminate access to services.

Rights and Responsibilities

We encourage you not to share information that others could use to harm you. We encourage parents to be aware of and help exercise control over content posted by and activities of their children to keep them safe online.

TASK is not responsible for the content of any user-created posting, listing, or message. The decision to view content or engage with others is yours. We advise you to use your judgment.

TASK has a Website Monitoring Policy in place and the website is monitored periodically to address and fix the quality and compatibility issues around the following parameters:

All modules of the website are tested for their functionality. The interactive components of the site such as, feedback forms are working smoothly.

While adding the contents by the administrator, the contributor declares if the content is indigenous or taken from a third party source.  If the content is indigenous, it automatically gets added and published on the website after review.  If it is from a third party source, a disclaimer shall be provided by the administrator that the required copyright has been obtained (by the contributor) from the said third party source for publishing the respective content.

The TASK website can have links to various non-government websites also such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter etc.,  and does not undertake any responsibility for the contents and do not support any views expressed in these hyperlinks.

TASK does not object to linking directly to the information that is hosted on this site. However, it is encouraged to intimate about any links provided to this website so that you can be informed of any changes or updation therein. Permission for the same, stating the nature of the content on the pages from where the link has to be given and the exact language of the Hyperlink should be obtained by sending a request from the Contact Us page.

TASK does not permit its pages to be loaded into frames on any external website. The pages belonging to this site must load into a newly opened browser window of the User.

Content Approval

Content would be contributed by the administrator in a consistent fashion to maintain uniformity and to bring in standardization along with associated metadata and keywords. In order to present the content as per the requirement of the viewer, organize the content in categorized manner and to retrieve the relevant content efficiently, the content goes through the entire life-cycle process of:

  • Creation
  • Modification
  • Approval
  • Moderation
  • Publishing
  • Expiry

Once the content is contributed it is approved and moderated prior to being published on the Website. If the content is rejected at any level then it is reverted back to the originator of the content for modification. TASK has prescribed the appropriate Moderator & Approver for each of the content element.

Content Review

All possible efforts needed to keep the content on the Website current and up-to-date have been taken. The Content Review Policy defines the roles and responsibilities of the website content review and the manner in which it need to be carried out.

The Review Policy is based on different type of content elements, its validity and relevance as well as the archival policy. The entire website content would be reviewed for syntax checks once a month by the TASK Team.

The content on the TASK website is created with metadata, source and validity date. There would be some content which is permanent in nature and for such content it is assumed that the content would reviewed in every one year unless it is edited / deleted based on requirement.

Some of the short lived content components like notification, recruitment etc., which will not have any relevance on the website after the intended purpose.

The content components like documents, reports, latest news is regularly reviewed as per the Content Review Policy. The content is reviewed at least two weeks prior to the validity date and if required content will be revalidated and validity date is modified. If content is not relevant, then the content is archived and no longer published on the Website.

The above mentioned policy in force and will be followed while maintaining the website.
