  • Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US based clients.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling the interviews, offer negotiation, and closing the deals for the assigned requisitions.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references.
  • Sourcing the profiles from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and etc.,
  • Having sound knowledge in utilizing the social medias like LinkedIn, Twitter etc.,
  • Well versed about the US terms like W2, C2C, 1099 and thorough knowledge in Visa types like US, GC, H1B, F1s etc.,
  • Should be proficient with the time zones of US.

Job description for HR IT Recruiter – Technical (Domestic):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Should have experience on C2H Hiring.
  • Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references.
  • Successfully reviews job description to understand the needs of the Clients.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster) for the positions.
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews.
  • Should have tactics to hunt out the wright candidates to fill the open positions.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Creating & maintaining Data base.
  • Follow up from pre interview till joining of candidate.
  • Must keep the candidates informed about the progress of his candidature.
  • Promote company's reputation as best place to work.
