Troubleshoots and isolates network troubles by utilizing (local or remote) laboratory equipment/resources to recreate, re-produce or simulate the trouble
Add/Change configurations for backup configs, missing or mismatch bootfile IOS image
Hostfile management and server (DMS poller) monitoring
Completion of Turn Up complex virtual and software-defined service line (Flexware and SD-WAN)
Trouble Isolation for 4G Out-of-Band support (Wireless Network)
Special projects such as scripting and automation process

Knowledgeable in LAN and WAN topology
Basic knowledge in Linux/UNIX environment
Background with Cisco and Juniper Networking Device
Knowledgeable in Server Management and polling issues
