Job Description:

  • Troubleshoots and isolates network troubles by utilizing (local or remote) laboratory equipment/resources to recreate, re-produce or simulate the trouble

  • Add/Change configurations for backup configs, missing or mismatch bootfile IOS image

  • Hostfile management and server (DMS poller) monitoring

  • Completion of Turn Up complex virtual and software-defined service line (Flexware and SD-WAN)

  • Trouble Isolation for 4G Out-of-Band support (Wireless Network)

  • Special projects such as scripting and automation process

Skills Required:

  • Knowledgeable in LAN and WAN topology

  • Basic knowledge in Linux/UNIX environment

  • Background with Cisco and Juniper Networking Device

  • Knowledgeable in Server Management and polling issues

  • Basic scripting and coding skills

  • Preferably University Graduate of IT-related course

  • CCNA, LINUX or equivalent knowledge preferred

  • Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
