Job Description:

  • Field Executive is a full time worker and his or her responsibility includes the following. She/he is not expected to engage herself/himself in any kind of economic activity, which goes against the accepted responsibilities.

  • Conduct the area survey and expand operations in the areas allocated to him.

  • Provide information about company and its services to all those people who approach him. However, she/he shall provide only such information, which is authorized by the company.  She/he shall not give any commitment either in her/his personal capacity or on behalf of the company.

  • Market the loan products duly authorized by the company.

  • Conduct the necessary credential check as per the laid down procedures, before writing the application. She/he shall discuss on all such matters with his BM.

  • Collect the necessary documents and send to Head office for generation of Credit Bureau report.

  • The Field Executive will fill up the loan application; he is authorized to fill up.

  • All the terms and conditions of the loan should be explained in detail to the applicant in a transparent manner without omitting any points however minor they may appear to the Field Executive.

  • Fill-up loan applications legibly, collect all necessary enclosures and write comments about the applicant and his or her activity.

  • Submit the completed loan application to the branch and arrange for credit appraisal.

  • Communicate decision of Loan Committee on Sanction, Rejection or need of Re orientation/Re appraisal to the applicant as soon as possible. She/he shall communicate all the terms and conditions attached to sanction by the loan committee. She/he shall communicate the execution of the loan documents schedule in respect of applicants accepting sanction terms.

  • In co-ordination with Business Manager, Field Executive shall complete the document execution work.

  • To issue company supplied receipts for any fees/charges collected from the client duly signed by him and remit the collected cash to the branch/designated bank account on the same day.

  • Strictly adhere to company rules issued from time to time.
