Job Description - Tele Sales :

  • Dialing outbound calls and pitching the LearnNext product to users.
  • Convincing the users to watch demo videos on the LearnNext website.
  • Converting prospects to customers and negotiating on the discount.
  • Maintaining data by providing proper inputs and comments after every sales call.
  • Contributes to team effort by working with captains and Team Leads.

Job Description - Customer Support Associate :

  • Building strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions and anticipating customer needs.
  • Build positive working relationships with Agents/Customers to increase repeat business.
  • Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand customer needs, providing guidance, and feedback and helping them with product tour demos.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution by resolving Login & Client Issues like Antivirus / Firewall configuring by taking remote sessions.
  • Reports completion of calls as well as information received. Notifies Manager of trends and concerns seen or noted.
  • Document all customer interactions in the appropriate databases so that others in the department may be trained to execute.

Job Description - Technical Support Associate :

  • Perform timely analysis, qualification & resolution to incoming support requests and or escalate to technology implementation team.
  • Rigorously search & monitor open tickets and resolve them using all applicable internal and external resources.
  • Participate in creation, update and edit of technical knowledge base articles and other product related documentation and user guides.
  • Learn product and related add-ons services to an expert level.
  • Assist with a variety of internal projects aimed at improving the ERP product solution experience for our customers and / or improve the efficiency of the team.

Bond Period: 1 year

Skills Required:

  • Good Communication Skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. Any other regional language like Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Marathi would be added major benefit.
  • Should be able to do multitask e.g. listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving while on call.
  • Working knowledge of computers and internet savvy.
  • All the requirements would need excellent communication and written skills and knowing any other regional language would be an added advantage to the candidate.
