Designation: Non Voice Technical Support
- BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BBA , B.E/B.Tech (any discipline) with minimum 60% throughout the academics and no backlogs graduating in 2018 only need apply.
CTC per Annum: INR 1,50,000 - INR 2,20,000
Validating of overdue emails.
Search and documenting customer details into the tool.
Sending emails to customer in regards to the enquiry and scheduling appointments.
Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool.
Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
