Job Description:

  • Focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.

  • Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.

  • After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target through self-generated leads / assigned leads, which is generated through Branch ops team and customer database generated by call center team.

  • Requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and customer’s location. You will be required to be in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).

  • Meet mix targets specified as per organizations’ strategy.

  • Support customer on pre and post sales requirements (claim settlement etc.)

  • Focus on quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).

  • Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer meetings.

  • HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will be required to learn new technology/Mobility enhancements and be complaint on Sales Management Process.

Bond Period: 1 year

Skills Required:

  • Evaluated mainly on your ability to serve the customer requirement and up-sell to achieve your sales target (Through utilizing existing customer base/ assigned lead, regular interaction with the existing customers, review their financial arrangements at least once a year, understand the life cycle of the customer and service client effectively)
  • Required to uphold high organizational values in every action – and ensure business ethics and integrity.
  • Good Communications and ability to work in team.
