B.E/ B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA (any discipline only)
2019 Graduates with minimum 60% throughout the academics and no backlogs only need to apply.
CTC per Annum : INR 1,80,000 – INR 2,40,000
- Address customer questions over Call/Email/Chat channels.
- Guide the customers on various features of the product and how to effectively use.
- Identify the cause of the issue and escalate to the development teams.
- Follow-up with the customers on unresolved issues.
- Take feedback from customers and escalate to the leads.
- Maintain professional etiquette's while handling business customers.
Bond Period: 2 years
- Basic understanding of Internet, Browser, Outlook, HTML.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Should be fine with self-transportation.
1st round: Written test
2nd round: 2 Rounds of face to face Interview
3rd round: HR interview
