  • 2019 Graduates with minimum 60% throughout the academics and no backlogs only need to apply.

CTC per Annum : INR 1,80,000 – INR 2,40,000 

Job Description:            

  • Address customer questions over Call/Email/Chat channels.
  • Guide the customers on various features of the product and how to effectively use.
  • Identify the cause of the issue and escalate to the development teams.
  • Follow-up with the customers on unresolved issues.
  • Take feedback from customers and escalate to the leads.
  • Maintain professional etiquette's while handling business customers.

Bond Period: 2 years

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of Internet, Browser, Outlook, HTML.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts.
  • Should be fine with self-transportation.

Selection Process:

2nd round: 2 Rounds of face to face Interview
