Details of partnership:

The Samsung Digital Academy is being set up with an objective to create a pool of trained youth who can leverage the software development and testing opportunities presented by innovative digital technologies based on the Tizen OS.

Samsung India and Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) signed an agreement to open Samsung Digital Academy to offer a skill development course based on the Tizen OS platform to young students.

As per the MOU signed by Mr.Sujiv Nair, CEO, Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge and Mr.Deepak Bhardwaj, Vice President, Samsung South West Asia, the Company will offer the Digital Academy course in collaboration with TASK, and will seek to train youth to develop apps that run on the Tizen OS across a multitude of devices such as smart phones, televisions and tablets.

  • Bachelor of  Science (all specializations)

Benefits for the beneficiaries:

To offer graduates a skill development course based on the Tizen operating system (OS) platform to develop simple to moderately complex applications on Tizen on their own.

Extensive tutorials and approach documents are provided to the attendee to lead through the hands on exercises.
